Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before completing your registration

By registering with Mondé Mas, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your registration, costume collection, payments, and participation in all Mondé Mas events for Crop Over 2026.

Section 01

Package Inclusions

Your registration cost includes, but is not limited to:

Costume Box — Custom-branded, reinforced packaging containing all costume parts.
Branded Merchandise — Premium Mondé Mas merch.
Sponsor Goodies — Curated kit featuring amazing products from our sponsors.
Premium Drinks All Day — Unlimited access to top-shelf spirits, local rums, and signature cocktails.
Drink & Ice Runners — Mobile beverage service delivering refills and fresh ice directly to masqueraders on the move.
Food & Bites on the Road — Continuous circulation of light snacks and Bajan finger foods throughout the jump.
Sumptuous Lunch — Private, catered gourmet buffet featuring local delicacies and international cuisine.
Cool Down Zone — Access to mobile misting stations and recovery areas to manage heat.
Explosive Afterparty — High-profile entertainment by Soca Superstars and other local artists.

Section 02

Costume Ownership & Alterations

All costumes remain the property of Mondé Mas until paid for in full and collected.
Carnival costumes are custom-made; therefore the following restrictions apply strictly and without exception:
  • No exchanges or switching of sections.
  • No changes to measurements or sizes after submission.
  • No transfers between individuals.
  • No returns or exchanges after collection once signed for in good condition.

Section 03

Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your registration and is strictly non-refundable.
The final payment deadline is July 3rd, 2026.
All balances must be paid in full by this date.
No cash or card payments will be accepted at costume distribution.

Important: Costumes with outstanding balances after July 4th, 2026 will be automatically released for resale without notice.

Section 04

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By making a payment, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Mondé Mas to resolve the matter.
Any unjustified chargebacks will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in:
  • Cancellation of your registration.
  • Forfeiture of all payments made.
  • Possible legal action to recover funds.

Section 05

Credit Card Authorisation

If a credit card is being used by someone other than the cardholder, a completed and signed Credit Card Authorisation Form must be submitted.
Mondé Mas reserves the right to request valid identification from both the cardholder and the registrant.
Failure to provide proper authorisation may result in cancellation of the transaction and/or registration.

Section 06

Costume Collection

If a third party is collecting your costume on your behalf, you must:

Log into your account.
Add the individual as an authorised user.
Upload a clear profile photo of the individual prior to collection.

Costumes will not be released without proper authorisation on file.

Section 07

Complaints & Claims

Any complaints or reports related to the event must be submitted within 7 days after event day.
Supporting photographic or video evidence may be required.
Submissions outside of this timeframe may be deemed invalid.

Section 08

Liability

Mondé Mas is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God.
Natural disasters.
Accidents.
Industrial disputes.
Acts of terrorism or civil unrest.
Event postponement, alteration, or cancellation.
